Switching Accounts to Cornerstone Bank & Trust

Switching your account to Cornerstone is now easier than ever.

We have created a process to make switching your account easier than ever, and we’re here to help.

Just follow the steps below:

1. Print out our Automatic Transaction Inventory Form and use this to record any direct deposits going into your account and any automatic payments coming out of your account.
2. To have your paycheck directly deposited to your account, print out our Direct Deposit Authorization Form and give it to your employer.
3. If you receive Social Security benefits, we'll make the call when you get here, or you can call 1-800-772-1213 to make the change yourself.
4. Print out our Request to Transfer Automatic Payments Form and send it to each company.
5. Use our Account Closing Request Form to notify your former bank, or you may notify them directly.
6. Bring your information to one of our convenient locations, and we will do the rest.
